Elles permettent de faire progresser des personnages (formés, élèves) dans une caractéristique donnée en utilisant l’expertise du membre le plus doué du groupe (formateur, maître) dans la-dite caractéristique.<br /> <br /> Tous les membres du groupe ayant encore leur jeton participent à la formation.
